Why We Exist
Not more activities. Not more information. Formation.
Over the years we encountered young people who once attended church with grandparents or older relatives, but lost that connection to faith when those family members were no longer around. We also witnessed growing confusion around identity, belonging, self-worth, purpose, and faith.
The Refinery Collective exists to create spaces where young women can encounter truth, discover their identity, build confidence, deepen their faith, develop healthy relationships, and learn to live with purpose.

BECOMING is our signature mentoring and discipleship programme for girls aged 12–18. Designed around a transformational journey of identity, growth, purpose, leadership, and legacy, it helps girls navigate adolescence with truth, confidence, clarity, faith, and wisdom.
Because before a young woman discovers what she is called to do, she must first understand who she is becoming.
What We Believe
Every young woman carries God-given potential.
Every girl has inherent worth because she is created by God.
Her identity is something she discovers as she commits to a relationship with her Creator.
Her formation should not be left to chance but guided by intentional mentoring and discipleship.
Her transformation is possible within curated healthy communities and spaces.
Her purpose matters to God, her generation and to the world.
No teen girl is too young to begin living intentionally.
