What is The Refinery Collective?
- A Christian mentoring, discipleship and formation organisation focused on helping girls discover who they are, understand why they matter, and become all God created them to be.

Who can participate?
- Girls aged 12-18 from any background are welcome.

Is this only for Christians?
- No. Girls from any background are welcome. However, the programme is unapologetically Christian and built on biblical principles and values.

Can parents be involved?
- Absolutely. We view parents as key partners and seek to work alongside families wherever possible.

What if my daughter is shy?
- Many girls join feeling nervous. We intentionally create welcoming environments where girls can participate at their own pace.

Are mentors vetted?
- Yes. Mentors undergo appropriate screening, safeguarding processes and training.
