At The Refinery Collective, we believe one caring, consistent and godly woman can make a lasting difference in the life of a teenage girl. We’re looking for women who are passionate about helping the next generation discover their identity in Christ, understand why they matter and grow into the women God created them to be. If you have a heart to encourage, listen, pray and walk alongside a young person, we’d love to hear from you.
Mentoring is more than giving advice. It’s about being a trusted presence – sharing wisdom, speaking truth, reflecting Christ’s love and
helping a young girl navigate adolescence with confidence and hope. Your story, your faith and your willingness to invest in another generation could become part of someone else’s becoming.
