replace them – but to provide girls with intentional mentoring,
discipleship, encouragement, community and support during some of
their most formative years of their lives.

The Refinery Collective exists to come alongside families, helping girls become deeply rooted in biblical truth so they can confidently discern and respond to the world around them.
Safeguarding Is Everyone’s Responsibility
The safety and wellbeing of every young person is central to everything we do. Our measures include enhanced DBS checks, safeguarding training, codes of conduct, risk assessments, incident reporting procedures, confidentiality guidelines, appropriate supervision and clear escalation pathways.
